The building consists of two parts A and B and it is located at the center of STUDENTSKI GRAD on the south side of the University of National and World Economy. The main entrance to the building is from the east, with access for people with physical disabilities.
Block A
Restaurant, coffee shop, drugstore, fitness, beauty salons and shops are located on both first and second floor.
The floors above are residential with one-bedroom apartments (from 70 to 100 sq.) and studios are (about 53 square meters)
Block B
B is a two-storey building with shops, stalls and pedestrian passage. It is reachable through Block A
The underground of block "B" is a wide garage with 29 parking places
The construction is monolith concrete. The walls are made of ceramic bricks and exterior walls are isolated according to the project. The common areas are luxury and fully completed. There is central air conditioning for the restaurant and the coffee shop. There is a possibility for central heating.
